Practice update

We would like to inform our patients that Dr Ahmed has now left the practice.

If Dr Ahmed was your named GP, please be reassured that this will not affect your registration with the practice or your access to care. Patients are registered with the practice and you can continue to book appointments with any member of our clinical team as usual.

We are in the process of reviewing named GP allocations and will update our records accordingly. If you have any questions, please contact the practice reception team.

The practice continues to provide all services as normal, and we remain committed to delivering high-quality care to all our patients.

Thank you for your understanding.

Have your say!

Join Our Patient Participation Group (PPG)

Here, at the Loughton Health Centre we always strive to consult and plan with patients whenever possible on the facilities and provision of services at the practice. Our patients can have a direct forum to allow suggestions, both positive and constructive to be made about the practice and their own healthcare.

If you would like to get involved, please ask at reception for further details or email us on loughtonhealthcentre@nhs.net

Testimonials

General practice is here for you, but how you contact your GP surgery might be different at the moment. Face-to-face appointments are available to patients where there is a clinical need.

You will be asked to first discuss your conditions over the phone or online with a member of the healthcare team to assess what would be most appropriate for you and which practice member would best provide it.

Regardless of how you contact us,we  will help you get the care you need, whether it’s a face-to-face appointment, a phone or video call, or by sending a text or online message.

We are incredibly busy at the moment and we have increased the number of appointments we offer to help our patients get the care they need.

We  ask that you continue to contact us either:

 - Via online access

- Via E Mail

 - Via telephone- Via Online Triage form

Your GP practice team is here to help you. Thank you for treating us with respect.

The Practice offers evening and weekend appointments provided by our local PCN.

Please speak to our reception team to book an appointment.
