General practice is here for you, but how you contact your GP surgery might be different at the moment. Face-to-face appointments are available to patients where there is a clinical need.

You will be asked to first discuss your conditions over the phone or online with a member of the healthcare team to assess what would be most appropriate for you and which practice member would best provide it.

Regardless of how you contact us,we  will help you get the care you need, whether it’s a face-to-face appointment, a phone or video call, or by sending a text or online message.

We are incredibly busy at the moment and we have increased the number of appointments we offer to help our patients get the care they need.

We  ask that you continue to contact us either:

As you are aware the government has announced the lifting of certain COVID restrictions; however, please note that the national UKHSA guidance for the management of COVID in healthcare premises has not changed.

When visiting the surgery for a procedure you may be asked to wear a face mask so please bring this with you and we ask that our patients continue to maintain social distancing to protect vulnerable patients.
