Dr Ally qualified in South Africa in 1993 and did Paediatrics for 1 year and completed her Diploma in Child Health. She arrived in the U.K. in January 1996 and after completing her GP VTS training and Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology she joined Loughton Health Centre as a GP Principal in July 1999.

Qualified from the Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine.
He completed his GP trainee year at Loughton Health Centre and then joined as a Partner.
His interests are undergraduate teaching and he is also an accredited Clinical supervisor to trainee GPs.
His Special interests include General Medicine and Gastroenterology.

Having completed his Registrar year, he spent two years gaining experience in local practices before joining Loughton Health Centre in 2008.
His Special interests include Minor Surgery, Diabetes and Medical education

Danielle joined the Practice at the beginning of September 2018 and we welcome her as part of our nursing team.
Gail joined the Practice in February 2019 and we welcome her as part of our nursing team.
Jill specialises in Diabetic care, Smolking Cessation and Wound care.
Tracy specialise in Smoking Cessation and Wound care.
Charlotte has been a member of the practice team for many years. Charlotte is Currently undertaking Healthcare Assistant training.
The Practice Manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, and information technology.
The Administration Manager is involved staff relations, patient safety, premises and services to enhance patient care and also acts as back-up to the Practice Manager.
The Reception Manager is involved in the Management of the Reception team and the appointments system at Loughton Health Centre
Our district nurses provide a domiciliary service for the care of the acutely and chronically sick patients as well as advising on incontinence and the supply of various aids.
The health visitors (based at Rectory Lane) will be pleased to advise on health matters for the Under 5's, e.g. feeding difficulties, hearing problems etc.
