BLOOD TESTS

Please be aware from Week beginning  4th May our blood test times are changing. Our phlebotomist will be here on Tuesdays-Fridays only from 8.30am- 10am. (8.30-11.30 on Thursdays)

THERE WILL BE NO BLOOD TESTS ON A MONDAY MORNING

This is to ensure that an adequate Phlebotomy service is available to all patients in the area during the COVID-19 outbreak

We are However open and here for all of our patients. If you need to see a Doctor or nurse or need assistance  please call the surgery between 8am-6.30 Monday-Friday

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak  we have changed to telephone consultations as per NHS England advice.

Your symptoms will be assessed over the telephone.

Please do not visit the practice for a GP appointment you will be called at your appointment time. Please ensure we have your correct contact number.

If you have developed a new continuous cough and/or a fever above 37.8 please self isolate for 7 days. If your symptoms deteriorate please contact us at the surgery  for further advice. When we are closed  please telephone 111.

Evening and Weekend Appointments available

Access

The Loughton Health Centre has full wheelchair access as well as wheelchair toilet facilities.

A special Disabled Reception Desk is available which can be opened for your convenience and a consulting room has been specially adapted to accommodate wheelchairs.

An induction loop for the hard of hearing is available at one reception desk.

In case of any difficulty whatsoever please do not hesitate to ask a member of staff for assistance.
